Each of our youth programs is designed to teach children the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, fun and engaging environment. We teach techniques that improve strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. We also incorporate drills and exercises that help improve their speed and agility.

Our Youth Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on ground level altercations – utilizing holds, throws, and a variety of submission techniques. This makes Jiu-Jitsu ideal when learning how to take on an opponent who may be larger than you, without necessarily having to hurt them. Furthermore, our program is taught by experienced instructors who have trained and competed at the highest levels of the sport. Our instructors are passionate about teaching and helping our students develop the skills and confidence to succeed both on and off the mat.

Tiny Grapplers (Ages 4 – 6)

Our Tiny Grapplers program is specially designed for children aged 4 to 6 years old. At this age, children are developing their coordination, balance, and motor skills, which are essential for learning martial arts. Our program is geared towards providing a fun and engaging environment for your child to develop these skills while also learning the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu. Our classes focus on developing your child’s physical and mental abilities. We teach your child basic techniques and drills that build strength, coordination, and flexibility. We also incorporate games and activities that help improve their balance and agility. Our instructors are trained to work with young children and create a safe, supportive environment for learning. Our Tiny Grapplers program also promotes important life skills such as discipline, focus, and respect. We encourage positive social interactions and teamwork to develop confidence and self-esteem. Your child will learn valuable skills that they can carry with them into adulthood.

Juniors Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 7-14)

For our older children (ages 7-14), the program is more focused on teaching the technical aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and preparing them for competitions, if they wish to pursue them. Classes include a mix of technique drills, sparring, and physical conditioning exercises, designed to challenge and develop each student’s physical and mental abilities. Our experienced coaches work closely with each student to help them set and achieve their goals, whether that be mastering a new technique or winning a tournament.

Both age groups are taught by experienced instructors who are trained in working with children. The program is designed to foster a positive learning environment that promotes respect, discipline, and teamwork. The classes are structured to accommodate children of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Overall, the Juniors BJJ program offers children an opportunity to learn and practice the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and fun environment.

Pro Jiu-Jitsu Competition Class (Juniors Yellow + Teens All Ranks + Adults All Ranks)

Pro Jiu-Jitsu Competition Class is a martial arts training program designed for juniors, teens, and adults who want to compete in Jiu-Jitsu tournaments at a professional level. This class is suitable for individuals who have achieved a yellow belt or higher, and are looking to improve their techniques, physical fitness, and mental toughness. The program begins with a warm-up session that includes cardiovascular exercises, stretching, and mobility drills to prepare the body for intense physical activity. The warm-up is followed by a series of technical drills and techniques that are designed to improve grappling, takedowns, and submission skills. During the class, students will also participate in live sparring sessions with partners of similar skill levels to simulate tournament conditions. The focus of these sparring sessions is on applying techniques and strategies learned in class, as well as improving physical fitness, endurance, and mental resilience.
